Bio-Core, Inc. founded in 1992, is lead by a team of Medical Sales, Service, and Education Experts, each with over 20 plus years in providing Ultrasound related solutions for Hospitals and as importantly the Private Practice. The on-going changes in regulations, structure, and technology create increasing uncertainty, which mandates we put our core focus on providing customized turnkey solutions for our clients. This provides a pocket of certainty within our customers practice or department, knowing we work toward their success thereby allowing our customers to focus on other areas of their practice.
Bio-Core's, Inc. mission is to provide gold standard support to our customers who have acquired our new or refurbished ultrasound systems. We go beyond the ultrasound system itself by understanding today's need to move data to solutions such as EMR, Image Archive & Reporting, PAC's, and other devices that improve workflow and information exchange. We work with all Medical IT solutions to seamlessly tie in our ultrasound to the IT product in place, or we have a vast array of Medical IT solutions we can recommend for any new need, or consideration. Once we earn your business, we can assure you that our support and education will provide each customer with the ability to best utilize their solution and when needed we provide immediate response for any repair issues.
This year within Bio-Core, Inc. our team received the prestigious award from the "American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Only a top few companies including fortune 500 companies for educational best practices and support, received this award. The award is titled "Excellence in Practice Award" and can be seen on the ASTD web site for more detailed information. The award was based on our exclusive support and training for "The College of American Pathologists" (CAP), for their Advanced Ultrasound Fine Needle Aspiration course, conducted several times each year. The end result benefited the patient, pathologist, radiologist, by streamlining patient diagnosis and treatment in having the pathologist utilize ultrasound during a fine needle aspiration procedure. It also produced revenue enhancements and improved workflow throughout. We have used this best practice method of streamlining process for other applications to enhance our customer’s private practice.
